This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use Self-Discovery Park, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Your email address — used to sign you in (we use one-time codes; we do not use passwords) and to associate your results with your account.
- Your result data — the STAR scores for the three dimensions, the summary conclusion, and (if purchased) the AI-generated report text.
- Purchase records — order reference, amount, currency, payment status, and payment method type. We never receive your card number or CVV.
We deliberately do not store your individual answer selections. The game only transmits the resulting scores.
2. How we use it
- to run the test and show your result;
- to save your results so you can return to them (a record is created when you are signed in);
- to unlock content you have paid for;
- to generate your personalised report, if you purchase it;
- to keep an accurate record of purchases and respond to support requests.
3. Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with these processors:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (stores your email and result records).
- Waffo — payment processing. Waffo acts as merchant of record and handles your payment details directly; we only receive the order and payment status.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen) — used to generate the AI report. Your scores and summary are sent to the model to produce the report text.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to hold the in-progress game state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your records while your account is in use, so that purchased content remains available to you. You can ask us to delete your account and associated records at any time by emailing us — we will action requests within 30 days, except where we must keep purchase records for tax or accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
